- Course Reservation
Reservation of a place in the course requires payment of a deposit which confirms participation in the selected training.
- Deposit
The deposit secures the participant’s place in the training and guarantees that the seat is reserved exclusively for the participant.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable.
If the participant cancels participation for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.
- Confirmation of Participation
Payment of the deposit is considered confirmation that the participant agrees to participate in the training under the conditions described on the website.
- Remaining Payment
The remaining course fee may be paid before the course or on the day of the training, depending on the organizer’s instructions.
- Cancellation by Participant
If the participant decides to cancel participation in the course, the deposit remains with the organizer as compensation for reserving the training place.
- Rescheduling
Participants may request a change of training date. Approval of such request depends on course availability and the organizer’s decision.
- Late Cancellation
Cancellation shortly before the training date may result in the loss of the deposit.
- Absence
Failure to attend the training without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund or transfer of the reservation.
- Minimum Number of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the course if the minimum number of participants required for the training is not reached.
- Cancellation by Organizer
If the organizer cancels the training for organizational reasons, participants may choose either a refund of payments made or participation in another available course date.
- Educational Materials
If educational materials are provided in digital or physical form, they are considered delivered products and are non-refundable.
- Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend the training on the scheduled date.
- Refund Method
Any approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

- Force Majeure
